Our Fantastic First Class Art!

Check out our truly miraculous mastery of marvellous and magnificent maths fractions. We learned how to find and fold, master and make, cut and create all types of funny fractions. We used string, ribbon, pizza and even our healthy lunches. We loved finding out all about ‘half’! I wish our homework was to eat half a pizza every night!! Check out our simply sensational spellers this week! Each of our splendid spellers was seriously successful, simply scoring full marks in every spelling. Our most splendiferous congratulations to Ms. Buckley for working so hard with our spelling scholars and of course, to our spelling superstars, we salute your special spelling scores!!

A huge salutation to the latest of our St. Kevin’s scholars. This week our scholar was a super scribe, meaning he produced wonderful writing that was ‘write on’!!  We work hard at our handwriting in St. Kevin’s and we love to see happy handwriters creating super sentences and perfect poems!

Our huge congratulations to the our Golden Pencil Award winner. This award is presented each week by Ms. Buckley to a pupil who has taken time and care with their wonderful writing. Our winner this week can be described as a ‘super scribe’ for truly wonderous writing. Well done!!

Our craziest congratulations to Ms. Buckley for working so hard with our spelling scholars and of course, to our spelling superstars, we salute your fantastic full marks and absolute awesomeness!!

Our biggest congratulations to our super scribe – or our truly wonderfully wondrous writer! Our terrific teacher Ms. Buckley asked our super scribe to visit the office and we discovered that our wonderful writer has much better writing than the principal! Well what can we say? What a brilliant bunch! Each of pretty perfect pupils in the picture scored pretty perfectly in their spelling tests and magnificent maths quiz! So many top marks and so many top pupils, we’re certainly a lucky bunch in St. Kevin’s! So our craziest congratulations to our brilliant bunch on their Gold Star Awards!

Another week, another brilliant bunch! These guys were our full marks masters in First Class, with all their spellings and sums all correct. And they are also three of the coolest, kindest pupils we have in St. Kevin’s so we’re delighted to know these guys as the truly super scholars of St. Kevin’s!!

A big congratulations to our super scribe and wonderful writer, pictured with his certificate, on winning the Golden Pencil Award. Our winner showed terrific talent and showed perfection with his pencil in all his writing this week. Well done sir!!

Our craziest compliments and congratulations to this collection of super scholars!! We are very proud of these guys as yet again these guys scored superbly in both their spellings and sums tests. Terrific top marks from really top pupils, well done guys!!

Our biggest congratulations to our superb and scintillating scholars in First Class this week, how to describe these super scholars? Well let’s try!! Our scholarly stars are genial, good, gracious, good-hearted, generous, great, gentle and truly gifted!! We are very proud of our St. Kevin’s scholars!!

This week the super scholars of St. Kevin’s sprung into action for our annual Spring Clean, which is led by the great Green School Committee. All the boys and girls were committed to their cleaning on the day, and they did a smashing Spring clean of our yards, basketball courts, football pitches and gardens. At the end of the day our school looked like it had been sponged, scoured and scrubbed, and it looked super slick. So our thanks to our scholars for a superb Spring Clean!! Congratulations to our superb and scintillating scholars in First Class this week, who scored off the charts with spectacular spellings last week, and we are delighted that one of scholars is appearing for the first time, see if you can spot this legendary St. Kevin’s scholar!
